This is my roommate in the photo. She has chronic neck pain. She's so tired of foam pad neck braces that feel very hot in the summertime and tend to look kind of shabby after only a short time of wear!! She loves this flexible and breathable one. We've already had unseasonably hot days here in California and the neck brace worked well, allowed air to circulate. It has a good balance of comfort and support. One thing you might find strange about it is the way that the velcro works.
This is the best soft brace I've tried so far. The semi-rigid center bar in front keeps it from pressing on the windpipe, while the compressible grid supports rather than puts pressure on the jaw like other soft collars can, so it's comfortable to wear for longer. It comes with an extender and a sleeve that's very soft and makes it almost look like a turtleneck (product idea, sell lots of colors and patterns of sleeves!) It's also easier to roll up and store - it's very flexible.
I honestly didn't expect much from this, but wow this soft silicone neck brace has been a game changer. It's lightweight, flexible, and doesn't rub or dig in like the bulky foam ones. It gives just enough support to keep my neck aligned without feeling stiff or trapped. Good value and shipping was super fast!

I've had neck issues with a spur for a number of years. It got to the point if I raised my head a certain way, I'd get severe pain radiating to the upper part of my chest. Using this for a few weeks has made all the difference in the world. Quality is excellent. It did have a slight smell when first opened, however, the smell has dissipated. So glad I found this product. It's very easy to wash BTW.
