Have a herniated disc in the center of my neck and this massager has worked wonders so far! The vibration really hits the neck and the temperature settings are a nice addition. Charging doesn't take all that long and its very convenient having the remote control which has a battery already inside. The wave setting literally feels like a sway in the sides of the neck. Also comes with a complimentary sleep mask. Highly recommend!

I have serious tech neck and an in need of some equally serious cervical spine traction. unfortunately, I don't get much of a stretch or pain relief from this and it just heats, no movement. it was comfortable .. I took a little nap on it but still no good for me. maybe I'm too far gone for this kinda treatment. there's nothing wrong with this device... it's effects are simply too mild for me.
I ordered this neck traction pillow. It does everything it says it can do. Upon opening the box, I plugged it in to charge. It didn't seem to take long to charge. There are buttons to use to make it warmer for your neck. It feels great and relieves neck pain and even my headache. I would highly recommend this neck pillow. I think it would also be easy to travel with. It is actually very comfortable and also seems to take pressure off of your back. Try it! You won't be disappointed.

After a long day hunched ove rmy computer, the heat feels amazing and really helps ease the tension. It's super easy to use too. I use it right before I go to sleep. I almost fell asleep on it the other night. It's firm but not hard. My neck pain has seriously improved since.
