I'm not going to say it's cool but it maintains the same temperature all night. I never feel the need to flip it.All I can say is that, this funky looking pillow was a pleasant surprise. I have had the this pillow for over a month now to really make sure it will work for me. This one came up in my search and I figured I'd try it. I am mostly a back sleeper with a bit of turning on my side. I liked the idea of the indentation for your head this pillow features. Others seem to have such a deep crevice that I worried I'd feel like my head was in a vice all night long! Not this one. Just enough of an indent to support your neck and head and soft enough to be able to turn on your side comfortably. Fantastic pillow! Thankful to have finally found a great replacement for my old pillow. Thank you!
